Take a moment to fill out the online form, below, and submit it to us. Or, if you prefer, you may also register by downloading and completing the NEW Membership Form. Then, mail your form to Booker T. at the address below.
To Pay
Once you are finished completing the form, you have two ways to pay: online through Paypal, or via check, payable to BTW PTSA. If paying by check, please mail it to BTW PTSA, 2501 Flora Street, Dallas, TX 75201.
