How exactly does it work?Many BTWHSPVA student performances have an admission charge of $5.00-$15.00. With the ARTS Pass, one pass will get 4 people into any event listed below. If you attend each of the nine performances below, you and your spouse or friend with one Arts Pass will pay less per performance AND be making a worthy donation to the cluster of your choice. If you bring the whole family to a performance, the pass pays for itself quickly.The Arts Pass 2010-2011 is good for the following performances. DANCE • Evening of Dance – November 10th – ARTS Pass Evening • Dance Faculty Concert – March 9th – ARTS Pass Evening • Repertory Workshop Showcase THEATER • "The Lion and the Jewel" October 6-7. 13-15 MAT 7:00 • The Crystal Ball" February 17-18, 23-25 MAT 7:00 • Horton Foote Festival--"Young Lady of Property," "The Dancers" and "Courtship"--three Horton Foote one-acts as part of the metroplex wide Horton Foote Festival--April 13-15, 20-21 in the Black Box MUSIC • The Keyboard and Jazz Piano Concert • Dec. 9-10 Holiday Extravaganza (pop Ensemble, Jazz singers, Latin Ensemble) in the MAT 7pm • Dec. 15-16 Beethoven's 9th Symphony, Symphony Orchestra and Chorus in the MAT 7pm • MIDI Ensemble and Guitar Concert in the Spring VISUAL ARTS • All Visual Arts exhibitions are free. However, the Arts Pass will get VA department supporters into other cluster performances at a bargain and your Arts pass donation will be given to the Visual Arts department if you indicate so on the Arts Pass form. How do I get one?Fill out the application form on the back and bring it to registration along with a check or cash. The form can also be mailed as noted on the form. Arts Passes will be distributed at registration, can be picked up at a PTSA meeting, or mailed directly to you. No passes will be distributed until payment is received. You will receive a pass promptly upon payment if the correct contact information has been provided. |
