Thank you for your willingness to volunteer at Booker T! DISD requires all volunteers to complete an application and background check. Please go to the link provided to submit your 2012-2013 volunteer application. Upon completion and approval, please print two copies of the confirmation. Keep one copy for your records, and turn in the other copy to our Volunteer Coordinator, Veronica Barnes veronica-barnes@sbcglobal.net. This application must be submitted to DISD every school year. If you have submitted this application in the past, you must submit it again for the 2012-2013 school year.
